The Black Throne team has been collaborating with our long time show partners Fuzzed and Buzzed to do a few in-studio interviews with Star Beast. We’ve been talking about gear used to record the album, the writing process, and touring the studio while waiting for the record to release.

ABOUT STAR BEAST
STAR BEAST is a psych/stoner/doom band forged in the flames of pandemic-era Toronto, Canada. Founded initially as a lockdown pastime, the project sparked immediate reaction from those who worship the riff.
Like the fictional luck dragon, Falkor, from the 1984 children’s classic The Never Ending Story where the band gets its name, Star Beast’s riffs have an air of alluring magic. The lulling vocal harmonies are the calm within the storm, guiding the listener through the sea of fuzz and crashing symbols.
Now fully formed, Star Beast plays across the country as an escape valve for the disenchanted, and their catchy and concise songwriting has the band comfortable on most any stage. Lovers of monstrous riffs, fuzzed-out tones and dreamy soundscapes; buckle up - the Beast from the Stars has arrived.
