Refund policy

Thank you for supporting Black Throne Productions and the artists on our roster. Because we sell physical media (vinyl records, tapes, etc.), we’ve designed our policy to protect both our customers and our inventory.

All Sales Policy

All sales are considered final, with exceptions outlined below.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 4 days of receiving your order

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos/videos of the damage (packaging + product)

Resolution options (at our discretion):

  • Replacement (if stock is available)

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund (for minor cosmetic issues)

We do not issue refunds or replacements without proof of damage.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier first

  • Then contact us within 7 days

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but we will assist where possible.


Returns (Non-Damaged Items)

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Minor cosmetic issues (e.g., slight sleeve corner dings from shipping)

In rare cases, we may approve a return, but:

  • Requests must be made within 4 days of receiving your product.

  • Items must be unused, and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

A restocking fee (up to 15%) may still apply.



Pre-Orders

All pre-order sales are final.

  • Release dates may change due to manufacturing delays

  • We do not offer refunds for delays outside our control

  • If a pre-order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund



Shipping Issues & Address Errors

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • If an order is returned to us due to address error:

    • Customer must pay for reshipping


Refund Method

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
