CAMPING

If camping at Rhune Mountain Festival, you will be given a designated camping spot number in the weeks before the festival. You are required to post your tent only at this location for the duration of your stay. When you receive you spot number, a map of the campgrounds will be provided for reference.

Campgrounds are on a large plot of flat ground - there is no shade. All tents, umbrellas and coverings must be staked down and held in place with weights. There are no contingency plans for camping if the weather is rainy. No other rooming accommodations will be provided in the chance of rain. This is a rain or shine event.

Note that on the Traffic Flow Site Map - campgrounds are strictly no vehicle access due to safety reasons. You will need to park at the Campers Parking Lot and travel your gear by hand or dolly.

Campgrounds are strictly no open-fire zones. Anyone caught with open flame will be asked to tear down their site and be removed from the premises by security. Small, contained grills and electrical stovetops will be allowed but under no circumstances are campfires or bonfires allowed.

There will be very limited power receptacles on the campgrounds, please plan accordingly. There will be solar powered light towers in the campsite, and may have outlets - otherwise there is no power.

There will be a communal garbage bin near the campsites and we ask that all garbage make its way to the bin, or in a secured container on your campsite as soon as possible. The property is windy and can easily carry garbage to neighboring properties.

Washrooms and hand washing stations will be available near the camping ground and available for use overnight. Showers are not available.

Tents and other camping gear must be provided by ticket holders. Festival staff will be providing no camping gear for the duration of the festival unless previously agreed on in writing.
